Spark Kitchen Gets Going

A month and a half in, I’ve been working hard finalizing my menu, determining pricing and tying up a million loose ends.  Here are some things I’ve been baking in the kitchen…

Lemon Pinwheels

Mini Apple Pies

 

Banana Muffin Tops...topped with chocolate frosting made from fruit and butter.

 

Brownie Cookies...topped with chocolate frosting made from butter and fruit!

 

Chocolate Drop Cookies...a perfect union of soft and crispy.

The little chocolate cookies were so delightful that it was hard not to eat them all in one setting. We have a lot of friends at church that are gluten-free.
